Kelly Rowland has put a sex and alcohol ban on her eight 'X Factor' finalists.

The Destiny's Child singer – who has enlisted Jennifer Hudson to help her whittle the wannabes down to four for the live shows – has warned the girls in her category they will have no time for partying or relationships if they want to succeed in the show.
