Kardashian hoping for baby next year

Kim Kardashian is hoping to get pregnant by the "end of the year".

The 30-year-old socialite – whose basketball star boyfriend Kris Humphries proposed last month with a 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring – has revealed the couple will have started trying for their first child by the time 2011 draws to a close.
