Gaga: You've got to let love happen

Lady Gaga would never go looking for love.

The 'Judas' singer - who recently split from boyfriend Luc Carl – insists relationships tend to happen at unexpected times, but doesn't think being romantically involved with someone is the key to happiness.

She said: "I would say don't go looking for love, let love find you. That's when it will happen.

"But you definitely don't need a man to be happy, and that's an important thing to remember."

Gaga also admitted she believes people can fall in love multiple times throughout their life, and thinks everyone has a soul mate.

She added to more! magazine: "I believe you can fall in love over and over again.

"I do believe in soul mates. And that's because I'm a bit of an old romantic at heart – or a bad romantic."

The outspoken star vowed never to change herself for anyone else.

She added: "A guy needs to love me for who I am. This is the real me, so whatever you're looking for, you're not going to find anything else."
