Sheen loses bid for primary custody of twin boys

Charlie Sheen has lost his custody battle against estranged wife Brooke Mueller.

The troubled actor – who had hoped to win primary legal and physical custody of two-year-old twins Bob and Max after Brooke refused to take a drug test last Friday and entered rehab – had his plea rejected by judge Hank Goldberg at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles.
