Elton composes song tribute to Liz

Sir Elton John paid tribute to Dame Elizabeth Taylor during a concert in Pittsburgh by dedicating a song to the film legend and Aids activist who died yesterday.

The singer, also active in Aids awareness, said during a concert in Pittsburgh that it was “a sad day because today I lost a friend and you lost a hero”.
