Actress Joan Collins has told how she fainted and ended up in hospital after squeezing into a “very tight” gown on Oscars night.

The former 'Dynasty' star, 77, donned a figure-hugging purple dress by Lebanese designer Georges Hobeika for the annual occasion in Los Angeles on Sunday.
