Charlie Sheen emergency tape released

The Los Angeles Fire Department has released recordings of emergency calls in the incident which led to actor Charlie Sheen’s admission to hospital last week.

In one call, a man identifies himself as a Beverly Hills doctor and says he received a call from Sheen’s residence. The doctor tells the dispatcher he spoke to a secretary who told him to not call 911.

The doctor then says he got Sheen on the phone and spoke to him.

In the tape, the doctor reports that Sheen is very intoxicated and also apparently in a lot of pain.

The doctor then comments that the call he received was “kind of weird” before he provides the dispatcher with Sheen’s address and navigation instructions.

Sheen is reportedly now in rehab.
