Jaime Pressly has been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).

The ‘My Name Is Earl’ star was taken into custody in Los Angeles last night after police performed a sobriety test when they pulled her over for allegedly committing a traffic violation at approximately 11pm, according to gossip website TMZ.
