Celebrity nutritionist Gillian McKeith was spared another horror jungle ordeal after being ruled out of today’s 'I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Bushtucker Trial'.

The skinny food expert, who has been chosen by the public for the past two challenges, was excluded from the vote this time on health grounds, along with actors Nigel Havers and Britt Ekland.
