'Big Brother' revival on Channel Five in doubt

Talks between the company that owns the rights to 'Big Brother' and Channel Five are reported to have stalled.

When Richard Desmond bought the broadcaster earlier this year he said he was keen to keep the show on the air.

But now it is understood that Five are looking at alternatives, including a new reality format from 'Big Brother' co-creator John De Mol.
