Hilary Duff is selling her Beverly Hills mansion for double the price she paid for it.

The 22-year-old actress – who married Canadian ice hockey player Mike Comrie in August after dating for three years – is selling her six-bedroom mansion on Toluca Lake for $7m, after paying $3.5m for it in March 2004.
