Woman claiming to be Jackson lovechild loses case
A woman claiming to be the love child of the late Michael Jackson has had her case thrown out.
Mocienne Petit Jackson – who filed documents with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in July demanding a DNA test to prove she is the offspring of the late 'King of Pop' - had her request denied yesterday, with her claim she should be entitled to a share of the King of Pop’s estate dismissed by the court, reports gossip website TMZ.
