Cole expected to divorce Ashley today

'X Factor' judge Cheryl Cole is due to divorce her estranged footballer husband Ashley Cole today.

Their four-year marriage collapsed in February.

The Girl's Aloud singer and 29-year-old Chelsea defender met in 2004 when they both had homes in the same London apartment block.

They married in 2006, but they split in February this year after public allegations about Ashley cheating on Cheryl with a number of women.

A case - titled CAC vs AC, possibly Cheryl Ann Cole against Ashley Cole - is listed at London's High Court today where their marriage is expected to end in a "quickie divorce".
