Bieber most searched-for person by UK internet users

Justin Bieber has overtaken Lady Gaga to become the most searched for person on the internet in the UK, it has been revealed.

The teenage sensation has more UK searches and questions asked about him than anyone else in the world, according to Ask Jeeves.

He is getting three times as many searches as David Beckham, 14 times more than Britney Spears and 29 times more than US President Barack Obama.

The Canadian star, 16, was discovered after his mum posted clips of her son’s performances on YouTube.
