Green Day promise 'moving' musical

Green Day promise their ’American Idiot’ musical will “move” its audience.

The US rock group said although the stage is not the usual medium they would use to convey their story, they feel their new production - based around their 2004 album ‘American Idiot’ – will come to life in the theatres when it begins its run in New York today.
