Lydon: Tour money will finance PiL recordings

John Lydon is planning to record new PiL material “as soon as we've made enough money”.

The legendary punk singer has largely financed his group’s current tour with profits he made by appearing in an advert for Country Life butter in Britain, and if they make enough money from touring he hopes they will be able to return to the studio.
