The producer of 'The Hurt Locker', Nicolas Chartier, has been banned from the Oscars.

The producer of 'The Hurt Locker', Nicolas Chartier, has been banned from the Oscars.

Nicolas has been banned - despite his movie being nominated for Best Picture - because he was caught sending emails urging Academy members to vote for his film.
