Fleiss speaks of her time in jail

Heidi Fleiss today opened up about her time behind bars, as she served her time in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.

The former Hollywood madam, who served 21 months of a 37-month sentence for tax evasion in connection with running a prostitution ring, was quizzed by fellow housemate Stephanie Beacham about her experience.

Beacham said: “Boy, after three-and-a-half or three years or whatever it was Heidi, you must have been absolutely institutionalised?”

Fleiss replied: “Yeah, I was scared.”

The 44-year-old revealed she found the experience of leaving prison very strange.

She confided: “It was weird, everything was weird. Every car looked like a spaceship to me.

“And when technology changed, the whole internet happened when I was away.”

Later Fleiss became more positive as she discussed her showbiz lifestyle in Los Angeles, reminiscing about a Thanksgiving party she attended with The Rolling Stones.

Fleiss said: “It was amazing, but it was so weird because there were only immediate family there.”

Vinnie Jones joined in: “I was there too.”

Fleiss said: “Ronnie (Wood) was there and Jo (Wood) was there.”

Jones added: “Yeah, I met Jo and the boys were there too I think.”
