Mosshart 'married' to Moss' boyfriend

Alison Mosshart has declared her love for Kate Moss’ boyfriend.

The Kills rocker insists her bandmate Jamie Hince – who she dated before he became romantically involved with the supermodel - is closer to her than anyone else and says their relationship is like that of a “married couple”.

She gushed to Vogue magazine: “Jamie and I are like a ridiculous married couple. He’s the one I tell everything to. Our lives depend on each other. He’s the closest person to me.

“It’s the most beautiful thing. And I want people to fantasise about it. There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s beautiful.”

The pair first met over a decade ago before going on to form the band and they have since released three albums.

Discussing “ridiculous” rumours of a rift with former supermodel Kate, she said she considered her “a friend”.

When Jamie and Kate first got together in 2008, some were concerned that his relationship with US-born Alison may get in the way.

A source said: “He has a very intense friendship with Alison, which can be difficult for other women to understand.”
