Man accused of stalking Garner held by police

A man is in custody in California on accusations that he violated a restraining order preventing him from coming within 100 yards (90 metres) of actress Jennifer Garner and her family.

Police say Steven Burky was arrested at the nursery school where Violet Affleck, one of Garner's two daughters with husband Ben Affleck, is enrolled.
