A man is in custody in California on accusations that he violated a restraining order preventing him from coming within 100 yards (90 metres) of actress Jennifer Garner and her family.

Jennifer Garner has been awarded a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker, ordering him to stay away from her family for the next three years.
