‘Coronation Street’ actress Kym Marsh has blasted neonatal care funding.

The star – whose baby son Archie died soon after birth after she went into labour at 21 weeks earlier this year – has challenged British health minister Ann Keen after recent concerns were raised over poor staffing levels on wards that look after babies born prematurely.
