Arquette cancels divorce

Patricia Arquette – who filed papers to legally separate from her husband Thomas Jane in January citing “irreconcilable differences” – has halted proceedings and requested a dismissal of the case after deciding she wants to remain married to the actor.

Official documents show the 41-year-old actress applied to end the divorce on Tuesday and had the dismissal officially approved yesterday.

Earlier this year, it was reported the couple were regretting their decision to terminate their marriage and planned to reunite.

The couple married in May 2006 after meeting through mutual friends in 2001. They got engaged in 2002 and in 2003 the 'Medium' star gave birth to their daughter Harlow Olivia Calliope.
