Morrissey has cancelled another performance due to ongoing illness, his tour organisers said today.
The singer is “under doctor’s orders” not to play at the Troxy Ballroom in Mile End, east London tomorrow.
He had already cancelled a gig at Salisbury City Hall which was due to take place tonight.
Tour organisers are now working to reschedule the cancelled dates.
A statement from SJM Music said: “Regrettably Morrissey’s show at London’s Mile End Troxy Ballroom tomorrow has been cancelled due to illness. Morrissey is on doctor’s orders not to sing tomorrow.
“Event organisers would like to apologise to fans for the disappointment and are working to reschedule this show, so advise ticket holders to hang on to their tickets.”
The former Smiths front man is due to appear at Brixton Academy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday but it is not yet clear whether he will be able to perform.
