Manson 'a hermit' after love split

Marilyn Manson was so upset over his 2008 split from actress Evan Rachel Wood, he refused to leave his house for three months.

Manson spent both Christmas and his birthday in January behind closed doors, and ignored phone calls from family and friends following the break-up last year.
