This is a sort-of bio about the much-elected Italian Prime Minister Andreotti and the suggested links to all things dodgy.

It’s the sort of film, rambling and not very interesting, that has a limited appeal, even to those who adore political scandal.

The one good element is to be found in Servillo’s performance.
