Ricci announces engagement

Christina Ricci is engaged to her comedian boyfriend Owen Benjamin, it has been announced.

A representative for the actress confirmed that the 29-year-old would be tying the knot with Benjamin, although no date has been announced.

The couple met on the set of their comedy film 'All’s Faire in Love' last year and went public with their relationship in October.

The actress, who last year was seen playing Trixie in 'Speed Racer', has not made a secret of her desire to settle down.

“I just want to be married, or just engaged,” she told Tatler magazine back in 2007. “Basically, I just want a ring. And the tax break.”
