Rose: 'Chinese Democracy album isn't a flop'

Axl Rose insists the band's comeback album hasn't flopped yet and he plans to sell millions of copies during a long tour to promote it.

'Chinese Democracy' was released in November, a full 15 years after Rose began work on it.
