Wainwright hopes for Winehouse recovery

Rufus Wainwright is willing Amy Winehouse to pull through her troubles after they forged a friendship when she turned to him in one of her darkest moments.

Wainwright, who kicked an addiction to crystal meth in the early 2000s, met the singer when she knocked on his dressing room door at the music festival Coachella in California in 2007.
