‘My Bloody Valentine 3-D’ hardly original, but fun

A lively, energetic and darkly funny slasher film that, while hardly straying from the well-worn path of its kind, delivers a fair quota of shocks and screams … and some decent performances.

That it is in 3-D also helps with the set-piece moments as Tom (Ackers) returns 10 years later to the scene of a horrible body-littered massacre to become the chief suspect. His old squeeze (King) stands by him, but who was the killer?
