Aniston caught up in calendar controversy

Jennifer Aniston's lawyers have been alerted to a calendar controversy after a bra-less photo of the actress, wearing a wet t-shirt, was used without her permission or knowledge.

The desktop calendar features one shot of the star beneath a cascading waterfall.

But the brains behind the 2009 Aniston calendar reportedly failed to clear that and other shots used in it.

A spokesman for the actress tells Eonline.com: "All the photos were from magazine shoots, and the rights belong to the photographers. I have referred this to her attorneys."
