Stars in the making in brilliant 'Kisses'

An excellent homemade film featuring a couple of knockout performances from young unknowns O’Neill and Curry, playing kids from dysfunctional families who take off to explore the mean streets of Dublin during Christmas.

It being Dublin there’s no end of rich and colourful characters to enhance their scary-funny odyssey and there’s no end of snappy dialogue and observation of the human condition to raise the film well above the average.

Daly and his cast bring a verve and excitement to what is little gem of a film.
