Britney Spears has asked a judge to delay her forthcoming trial on a charge of driving without a valid licence.

Britney Spears has asked a judge to delay her forthcoming trial on a charge of driving without a valid licence.

Her lawyer J. Michael Flanagan wants Los Angeles Superior Court to grant a stay in the criminal case. He also wants an appeal judge to order the judge overseeing the case to grant to dismiss it.
