Cattrall opens Harrods sale
'Sex And The City' actress Kim Cattrall revisited her on-screen persona today with a visit to Harrods to launch the store’s summer sale.
Ms Cattrall arrived at the Knightsbridge store in a horse-drawn carriage.
She posed for photographers with Harrods owner Mohamed al Fayed before getting a tour of the discounted goods.
The actress wore a cream Givenchy dress and shoes and a pink jacket by Dries van Noten.
She greeted bargain hunters who had been queuing since 6.30am to get inside the store.
Anti-fur protesters staged a protest outside the London store.
Campaigners from CAFT (Coalition to Abolish the Fur Trade) waved banners calling on Harrods to stop selling furs.
The group asked shoppers and tourists not to buy anything from Harrods until the store rejected fur products.
Other celebrities who have opened the sale in the past include US actress Sarah Michelle Gellar, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Brook and Lily Allen.
