Michael Lohan challenges 'top mom' Dina

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has blasted his ex-wife Dina for missing a court-ordered family therapy session so she could pick up a mother of the year award.

Michael claims Dina's decision to skip the meeting on Tuesday so she could accept her prize as one of Minglingmoms.com's "top mom's" at a Long Island, New York ceremony, was contempt of court.

He mocks her status as a "top mom", telling TMZ.com: "She's meant to be here in therapy as ordered by the court. If she's not, she's in contempt of court, meaning she's missed more than 60% of appointments.

"Is she a top mother for doing that? What is she putting first? If it was me, I would be in jail. I hold myself accountable - she doesn't."
