Spice Girls come to Beckham's aid after stage fall

Victoria Beckham's bandmates were forced to come to the pop star's aid in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Tuesday night, when the singer took a tumble onstage.

Posh Spice lost her balance in her high heels and fell to the ground inches from the front of the stage at the Wachovia Center.
