Lance Bass has called on his former 'N Sync bandmate Justin Timberlake to get in touch with his ex-girlfriend, troubled Britney Spears.

Bass believes Timberlake, who dated the singer for four years until 2002, could help out Spears by lending her emotional support as she battles bipolar disorder and a custody fight with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
