Fawcett 'cancer-free', says Cher
Farrah Fawcett is winning her battle with cancer - the actress is now "free" of the disease, according to her longtime friend Cher.
The former 'Charlie's Angels' star has been receiving groundbreaking cancer treatment, which is not used in America, in a German clinic in recent months.
