'Sex and the City' star Chris Noth and his girlfriend are celebrating the birth of their first child, a baby boy.

Tara Wilson gave birth to 3.5 kilogram (seven pounds, 10 ounces) Orion Christopher Noth in Los Angeles on Friday.
