Spears to give deposition in January

Britney Spears has been ordered by a judge to attend a new deposition meeting in the new year.

The troubled pop star skipped a previous child custody-related meeting at her ex-husband Kevin Federline's lawyer's Los Angeles office earlier this month, blaming her no-show on an anxiety attack.
