Federline's attorney seeks court order against Spears

Kevin Federline's lawyer is seeking to ban Britney Spears from requesting adjustments to her custody arrangement after she failed to show up for her deposition on Wednesday morning.

The pop star was expected to give her deposition in her ongoing custody trial at the Los Angeles offices of her ex-husband's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. But she failed to show up and blamed her non-attendance on a "general (medical) condition".
