Spears calls in sick for child custody case
Britney Spears did not appear at a scheduled deposition in her ongoing child custody dispute with former husband Kevin Federline, saying she did not feel well.
News media and paparazzi was waiting for the pop megastar to show up this morning at attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan’s office.
But Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, said he had been told that Spears was not coming.
Kaplan said he was told Spears did not feel well and that she would give her court-ordered deposition at a later date.
Spears and Federline have been arguing for months over custody of their sons, two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James.
