Spears' former manager filed lawsuit as a last resort

Britney Spears' former manager is "disappointed" at the breakdown of their business relationship, but claims he was forced to sue the singer for unpaid commission as a last resort.

Johnny Wright filed his lawsuit in Florida last week, accusing Spears of failing to pay him a share of her earnings last Christmas - even though a five-year deal she struck with the svengali doesn't end until February 2008.
