Britney divorce papers could be made public

A Los Angeles court commissioner said today he would consider a motion by a magazine and a TV station to unseal documents in Britney Spears’s divorce from Kevin Federline.

“They’re appropriate participants in here,” Superior Court Commissioner Scott M Gordon said of the request by KNBC-TV and People magazine.
