Happy housemates have food for thought
It was smiles all round after an emotional few days in the Big Brother house as the housemates discovered they had passed their latest task.
The group will now enjoy a week living the high life on a luxury food budget after the result was announced on the final edition of BBTV news.
But the housemates will be in for a shock tomorrow when six new contestants enter the show.
Only some of the newcomers will have the chance to become fully-fledged housemates, but Big Brother is yet to reveal exactly how many and how they will be chosen.
Taking her turn as newsreader, Tracey said: âAnd finally some news just in from the Big Brother House. This week the housemates took part in a shopping task working for BBTV.
âThey passed,â she whooped, âand will receive a luxury shopping budget. Get in!â
Co-host Brian added: âThatâs well phat.â
In last nightâs bulletin Carole and Tracey were the latest housemates to receive a message from home, as well as being informed about model Jordanâs naming of her new baby and a world-record breaking eating attempt.
Tracey read out her own message, which said: ââHi Trace. Youâre doing very well.
âWe miss you lots, but we donât want to see you too soon though. We watch you every day and everyoneâs supporting you. We love you lots and weâll speak to you soon.â
Brian then read a message to Carole from her daughter.
âMum, here is just a short note to tell you that I feel very lucky and proud to have a mum like you,â he read out.
âI love you very much Mum. Your grandchildren send their love and kisses and hugs and are missing you loads, and canât wait to see you.â
Yesterdayâs other big news was that housemates can still scoop a ÂŁ100,000 prize if they win Big Brother.
Earlier in the series they chose Liam to receive ÂŁ100,000, believing there would be no cash prize at the end of the show.
