Diddy warned about child support bill

P Diddy has been warned he could face a hefty child support bill after splitting up with his long-term partner Kim Porter.

The rapper parted ways with Kim, with whom he has three children, including six-month-old twins, earlier this month.

He already pays $30,000 (€22,000) a month in child support for his 13-year-old son Justin, who he had with former girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim.

The hip-hop star did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement which means the pay out could be even bigger.

Celebrity divorce lawyer, Raoul Felder says: "With Misa Hylton-Brim receiving approximately $30,000 (€22,000) a month, there is no reason that Ms Porter shouldn't be able to get close to $100,000 (€72,000) or more per month in child support".

That amount accounts for Kim Porter having three children with the star and inflation in the years since Misa received the ruling in her case.
