A generous fan of British singer Elton John paid $220,000 (€163,493) on Thursday to be serenaded by the star.

The star-studded karaoke benefit in London saw the Rocket Man cover Elvis Presley classic Are You Lonesome Tonight? In aid of the Hoping Foundation, a charity which supports children in Palestine.
