Washington's on set injury

Denzel Whashinton avoided a serious injury on set of new film De Ja Vu after co-star Paula Patton accidentally stuck her fingers in his eyes twice.

It was Hollywood newcomer Patton's first day on the set of the time travelling movie - and she admits nerves played a big part in getting the simple stunt wrong.
