Clerks 2 works once again

A strong follow-up to an off-beat original, a film that relies heavily on the dialogue rather than the action.

Surprisingly, once again it works because director Smith keeps things moving at a decent pace, though he could have used stronger characters.

The first outing was a hit and, if anything, this one matches that success as we are treated to exchanges about … well, about just about everything.
