Former lovers Penelope Cruz and Matthew McConaughey have been photographed together in California, fuelling speculation they have rekindled their relationship.

The stars were seen walking out of the Madeo Italian restaurant in the exclusive Los Angeles suburb of Beverly Hills three months after breaking off their two-year-long love affair.
